Todd Meaker: Managing Partner & Owner

Todd worked in litigation support for eight years in the Washington DC market before moving to Raleigh and opening up Envision Discovery in 2007. He has managed document productions for many of the largest firms in DC. Since 2004, Todd has focused on learning every aspect of the EDRM model to better consult with his clients on how to effectively collect, analyze, process, review and produce large amounts of electronic data.

As the Managing Partner & Owner of Envision Discovery, he leads a team of experts in bringing experience, know how, and confidence to the Raleigh/Durham market. Todd is driven to provide responsive, high quality solutions to his clients.

Sarah Pons: Discovery Consultant

Sarah has worked in litigation support in the Raleigh market for more than five years. During this time she has managed large, multi-city projects involving both e-discovery and paper collections. Her clients include law firms, corporate legal departments and the Department of Justice. Sarah has a passion for technology and strives to consult with her clients on the most efficient and cost effective ways to find responsive documents during discovery. She has facilitated training and CLE classes on topics ranging from Summation training and e-discovery 101 to forensic data collection and web-based review tools.

Jason Lilly: Discovery Consultant

Jason has been part of the Envision Discovery team since we opened or doors in the Raleigh, NC market bringing Envision Discovery face to face with the local legal community. He has gained valuable experienced in all phases of the EDRM offering insightful consultation to his clients in the areas of e-discovery, forensic collection, data analysis and filtering, document review platforms, as well as paper discovery.

He is focused on helping his clients run the most efficient, productive, and cost effective review possible, while offering unmatched quality and customer service - even if it means meeting a client at midnight or on a Sunday morning to ensure deadlines are met.

Stephen Kaludis: Senior Project Manager and Consultant

Stephen’s 20 years of legal and e-discovery experience enhances Envision Discovery’s ability to provide industry-leading knowledge, skills, and abilities to the Metro D.C. legal community. As a Senior Project Manager for a national e-discovery provider, he has managed hundreds of projects in the full EDRM lifecycle from multi-terabyte data projects to consulting, data collection, early case assessment, paper processing, document review and production. He has managed and performed dozens of document reviews involving DOJ Second Requests, ITAR, FCPA, DOJ and SEC investigations and IP cases. He has trained and consulted with review teams on search, review, and production strategies to maximize throughput of documents reviewed per hour, and to minimize the cost of discovery.

In addition to providing project management services, he provides the following value-added solutions to Envision Discovery’s clients:

  • Consulting with firms and corporations on e-discovery strategy, early data assessment, search, document review, and production
  • Developing in conjunction with the legal team legally defensible search methodology for each case, taking into account the unique qualities of each case
  • Managing small to multi-terabyte processing projects
  • Managing web-based document reviews
  • Demonstrating and training clients on our web-based review tools and early data assessment tools
  • Coordinating multi-city ESI collections for complex litigation and second request document productions
